Stats

Story Stats:
Fear (F) is a measure of The Master’s influence upon the story. Minions are both victimized and empowered by Fear during certain parts of the story.
Reason (R ) is a measure of the townspeople’s influence upon the story. Minions are both opposed and assisted by Reason during certain parts of the story.

Individual Stats:
Self Loathing (S) measures the degree to which the minion has come to think of him or herself as a monster. Self Loathing makes it harder for minions to resist the master and to make connections to other people, but it makes it easier for them to assert their will against other minions and townspeople.
Weariness (W) measures the overall physical and emotional fatigue of the minion. Weariness makes it harder for the minion to resist The Master, in fact, it provides no direct benefit to the minion, but it also does not hinder them when dealing with outsiders.
Love (L) is a measure of how much the minion cares for those outside The Master’s domain. Love is the only thing that can empower a minion to escape The Master’s control. The minion cannot fight without something to fight for. A minion has a separate Love stat for each Connection but Love is used as an aggregate (add up all the minion’s love).
(In the context of the game, Love may represent actual romantic interest, friendship, a sense of responsibility or indebtedness, or any number of different emotions. It’s simply a way of measuring how much a minion cares about a particular NPC.)
